But is it too much love and should I stop it?

When I was growing up in the 80’s, our source of entertainment was fueled mostly by my imagination and being outdoors. I would find my friends and we would gather to find the latest adventure, insect or even mischief. When playing outside was not an option due to weather, you would find us on the couch with books or watching cartoons.

Watching television was there as something to do, it wasn’t all we did. …

As I started my business, I was and still am so excited. I have my goals clearly defined and am always looking and adjusting things as needed.

As an online e-commerce business, most of business comes from running ads on various platforms and driving customers to my sales funnel. To run ads, you need money. This is where the adjusting comes.

When I first started out, I was able to budget a certain amount towards testing and running my advertisements. I am learning from Russell Brunson and following his marketing strategies in his SECRETS book series. …

“Your Results Are Your Credentials". I read this quote today from an online mentor of mine. He was speaking to the fact that you don’t need to be an certified expert in something to have credibility, your experience, your mistakes, your success, those are the things that make you credible.

This inspired me because there are times I feel that if you don’t have a long track record of successful results, you will not be taken seriously. But that’s not true.

For example, I am a mother of three children. My husband and I have raised them together through some…

For those of you who may not know, Russell Brunson is an online marketing genius. He is the co-founder of Clickfunnels which helps entrepreneurs grow their businesses through sales funnels.

I stumbled upon Clickfunnels by accident while doing another business training. I first thought to dismiss it because I was already immersed in so much work, but for some reason I could not turn away. His teaching was so riveting that he really made me believe that I could grow my business to be anything I wanted it to be. …

As a sufferer of constipation, bloating and the other pleasant side effects that come with digestion issues, I am an advocate for colon cleansing. Colon cleansing is the practice of removing waste from your intestines. There are different ways to do a cleanse: a colonic hygienist will perform this while you lie on a table and litres of water is pushed through your rectum flushing out the toxins through another tube. The other method is by taking oral supplements, which contain laxatives and other ingredients to eliminate waste and toxins through bowel movements. …

Yesterday I heard on the news about the tragic death of a 3 year old child. She had a negative reaction after allegedly eating some cereal and died while in hospital as doctors tried unsuccessful to revive her.

I can’t imagine the pain of the mother. You put your child to bed expecting to wake up in the morning and start your day as usual. My heart goes out to that family.

It really made me stop and think. We take so much for granted. We assume that the next day will be just like today. Get up, and go…

“The true sign of intelligence is not knowledge, but imagination” — Albert Einstein.

This quote is about visualization. Visualization is “the formation of a mental image of something”. In other words, it is not just imagining something or daydreaming. Visualization starts with a clearly defined goal and backed by dedication and hard work.

The Bible states, “now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen”. You hope for, visualize something, and that is the evidence of something not yet materialized but seen in your mind. This is a powerful tool.

When you can do…

And it helps so much!

Starting a business whether online or a brick and mortar store is not an easy decision to make or an easy thing to accomplish. I’m very much aware of the statistics when it comes to start up businesses but I am also determined by the grace of God to be one of the ones that make it! The obstacles that face new business owners are not few and navigating through them all successfully will only prove to produce a profitable business.

Supportive. When I first told my husband that I wanted to do this, he…

Should I be getting used to this? Not sure. I’ve heard that this happens quite often to entrepreneurs using ads to promote their products but naively I never thought it would happen to me this much.

Facebook has the right to shut down ads at any time if they feel it goes against their polices, which is absolutely fair. They are doing their best to ensure that users have a positive experience when browsing. If anything on your ad raises a “red flag”, your ads will be shut down and will not run until you correct the problem. …

My last blog was about how to help your friends or loved ones through their time of grief, but what does grieving look like? Is there a specific way or time to grieve?

Through all the losses myself and others around me have experienced this past year, I have been looking into the stages of grief. No one grieves the same way and I don’t think it’s okay to expect someone to get over losing someone in a certain amount of time. Each person processes their emotions differently.

As I spent time with my friends that have lost loved ones…
